I was approached by author Kathy Stevens to visually design and illustrate her books, The Herb Garden Club Season 1 & 2. Intended for a middle grade audience, the mix of information, narrative, and recipes proved an exciting challenge to illustrate and lay out. The books took on new life with over 70 spot illustrations, 7 full-page herb paintings per book, and borders customized to each chapter and section.
